Diet soda causes a sort of stockholm syndrome for your brain. First diet soda tastes like shit, then you get used to it, then you come to hate regular soda. But in reality, diet soda isn’t any better for you. First of all, everything in diet soda is completely artificial. You’re probably drinking chemicals that are 12 syllables long. Second, those sweeteners don’t add calories, but it fucks your shit up and somehow you still gain weight.
