CNN: Users of Instagram, the popular photo-sharing app owned by Facebook, were up in arms Tuesday over language that appears to give the company ownership of their images.
But the language that’s upsetting some of the app’s more than 100 million users says that “a business or other entity may pay” Instagram for the use of user images and may do so “without any compensation to you.”
See, this is why people who put thousands of photos of them online for no reason are fucking stupid. You’re pissed about all the spam you get? This is why people. This is why. Now we have this new Verizon FIOS cable box that has a camera in it and a microphone and observes the people watching the TV so that it can show certain commercials more than others. Invasion of privacy much? Not like you idiots care. You’re too busy putting a filter on a photo of the salad you ate for lunch so that the whole world knows your perspective on fucking salads.
